梁毅(Yi Liang)English

有点科研小追求的教书匠

梁毅,男,1986年9月出生,物理系副主任,依托广西相对论天体物理重点实验室、广西大学纳米能源中心、光电物理中心和广西大学纳米光子学团队,主要从事新颖非线性光场调控及其物理应用研究,包括新颖非线性光场的构建和微纳结构中的非线性光场调控,研究其在光通讯成像、生物光操控与非线性自聚焦、低维材料的光学非线性效应等方面的应用。目前已在Light: Science & Applications、Optica、Nano Letters、Physical Review Applied、Physical Review A、Optics Letters、Advanced Optical Materials、Optics Express等国际著名刊物上发表论文40多篇,其中一作/通讯26篇,单篇引用最高68次,主持国家基金1项,广西基金2项,参与获得广西教学成果奖一、二等奖各1项,广西青年教师教学竞赛三等奖1项,广西大学优秀本科、硕士学位论文指导教师,本科教学工作审核评估先进个人

研究方向(Research topics)

(1) 弱光非线性效应(Nonlinear effects of Weak-Light

以光折变效应为典型代表的弱光非线性效应在贝尔实验室中被Ashkin等人观测到。和强光非线性相比,弱光非线性效应不要求很强的功率。拿光折变效应来说,其更关注入射光场对介质极化率产生的空间调制,只要辐照介质的时间够长,对弱光(mW,甚至μW)就能够产生足够大的光折射率改变,产生非线性效应。弱光非线性光学的出现,给非线性光学增添了更多研究领域,也使光子学技术应用发生了革命性的变化。弱光非线性效应已经在光存储、信息处理、信息运输等各个方面得到了广泛应用。我们主要研究非相干非线性光学包括非相干光调制不稳定性及其应用。

(2) 新型结构光场调控及应用(Manipulation of novel beams and their appications)

主要研究自加速光场调控和应用。光束在产生过程中通过设定的相位自调制,可以以自干涉的方式实现横向自弯曲的传播模式,这种传播模式对应的光束被称为“自加速光束(Self-acceleratingBeams)”。自加速光束在一定的传播距离尺度上保持了横向自加速、无衍射和自修复的传播特性,其在很多领域如微粒操控、等离子体、时空光弹、表面等离子激元、激光微纳加工、自拐弯电子束、超分辨成像等各个领域都具有应用价值。

(3) 光镊和纳米悬浮液中的光学非线性自聚焦行为 (Optical Tweezers, Nonlinear self-focusing)

主要研究光镊的调控和应用。光在传播过程中遇到微纳颗粒或者生物微小组织如细胞、细菌、蛋白质、DNA等目标时方向发生改变,光子动量发生变化,导致光散射力和光梯度力产生,捕获住目标形成光镊。我们主要设计新型光镊去研究生物体样本中的形变和动力学特性,这些往往导致其生理功能的变化,引起一些人类疾病,我们的研究将为有关疾病的探索和治疗提供帮助。近5年主要基于自会聚光束(autofocusing beams),针对高性能低光损伤自会聚光场光镊的构建及调控机制展开研究,并拓展相关的应用。

(4) 微纳尺度下的非线性光场调控

研究简介:通过对新材料新物质进行微纳加工,制备超构结构或光子晶格等人工微结构光子学器件,对光场实现相位、偏振、频率及模场等多维度调控,增强吸收、透射、非线性谐波产生、定向传输控制等性能,探索微结构新型光场产生、传输、探测的新机制新方法和物质的相互作用新物理,在弱光甚至光子级别探测、量子光源产生、量子态调控、量子通讯等方面有所应用,未来结合片上集成、光电融合及芯片互联等技术,实现低能耗高速光调制、光逻辑及光感知芯片。

研究明细:莫尔光子超晶格等中的非线性光学包括二次谐波、非线性传输、新型光场调控产生等;

研究基础:1)实现硅基莫尔超晶格的光学平带可调谐调控及二次谐波高效产生;

2)基于超构增强的可重构红外光热电探测器;

3)可实现单向表面等离子激元拓扑传输的太赫兹光子学微纳器件

设备需求:1) 飞秒激光直写、EBL(电子束曝光刻蚀)等微纳加工共用平台;

2)强连续可调谐激光器等用于激发、泵浦的光源;

3)EmCCD, 红外波段空间光调制器等光场调控设备;

4)低温、磁场等极端条件相关设备;

5)AFM等结构表征设备;

6) 锁相放大器等信号探测设备;

7)搭建显微系统等配套光路光学元器件和高精密电控平移台
